Let’s Talk Inspiration – Why the 501s?

If you’ve ever heard the term "Saignee" in the wine world, you know it’s a method that literally means “to bleed,” often used to produce some knockout rosés. But this label isn’t all serious; it’s about personality. That’s where the cowboy comes in, but not just any cowboy – think denim-clad, standing tall, proudly sporting 501 jeans with a photo that hints at whimsy without straying too far from the wild, untamed spirit of Paso Robles. It’s a marriage of icons: French wine culture meets Old West heritage, and we’ve set it right here in the vineyard-laced landscapes of Paso Robles.
